Uber Everywhere that’s the slogan. Since Uber has been on the scene it’s caused some tension amongst  taxi drivers. Many cities have tried rejecting Uber. Especially in Montreal, Canada.

As you are probably already aware, the members of the Quebec National Assembly are currently debating the future of ridesharing services like Uber. On May 12th, the Quebec government proposed new legislation, Bill 100, that if adopted would force Uber to cease operations in the province of Quebec.

One of the opposition parties at the National Assembly, the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ), has launched a website to collect feedback from Quebecers on this proposed bill. They want to know why you are in favor of ridesharing and why you want to keep this type of service in Quebec.

This may be one of the last chances Quebec has before the National Assembly votes on Bill 100 by June 10. Innovation should be embraced not dismissed let’s support Uber with your opinion. Let’s make Uber available everywhere!
